By purchasing services from Precision Hormone Consulting PLLC, you agree to the following terms:

Precision Hormone Consulting provides telemedicine-based health optimization consulting services. These services are consultative in nature and are not a substitute for primary care or emergency medical care.

2. Subscription & Billing

Services are billed as a recurring subscription of $250 every 3 months. By completing your purchase, you authorize automatic billing to your selected payment method at this interval unless canceled.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Once a billing cycle has been processed, charges are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of consulting services, no refunds are provided for services already rendered.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Results may vary. Precision Hormone Consulting does not guarantee specific outcomes from any recommendations or therapies.

6. Not Primary Medical Care

This service does not establish a primary care relationship and should not be used for emergency or urgent medical needs.

7. Patient Responsibility
